Jordan Gaither

Founder, FORM

Jordan Gaither is the Founder of FORM, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in multifamily and industrial construction. A fourth-generation builder, Jordan has a deep-rooted understanding of every phase of the construction process; from pre-development and permitting to execution, budgeting, and onsite supervision. He has led the successful delivery of a wide range of residential and commercial projects across the West Coast and Southwest, earning a reputation for building strong teams, managing risk effectively, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Jordan is passionate about building with purpose and setting new standards for excellence in the industry. 

Kevin Bunn

President, FORM Arizona

Kevin Bunn is the President of FORM Arizona and brings over a decade of experience leading high-impact construction projects across the multifamily, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Throughout his career, Kevin has been responsible for the successful delivery of thousands of units across the Southwest, managing both pre-development and vertical construction for large-scale, amenity-rich communities. He has played a key role in preparing and executing complex contract strategies, and has led teams on projects ranging from suburban multifamily developments to 20-story urban high-rises. Kevin’s diverse background, combined with his deep understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations, enables him to drive projects from concept to completion with precision and integrity. His leadership is defined by a commitment to excellence, strong client relationships, and a collaborative, team-first approach.

Sarah Gaither

Chief Administrator Officer, FORM

Sarah Gaither is the Chief Administrator Officer of FORM, bringing over a decade of expertise in project accounting, compliance management, and administrative operations within the construction and development industry. She has played a key role in the successful execution of 20+ multi-year projects, overseeing project financials, vendor compliance, and consultant and owner billing with precision and consistency. Her leadership spans across approximately $500 million in project activity, marked by accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative leadership style, Sarah fosters strong relationships while driving process efficiency and team success. Her passion for the work and dedication to getting it right energize every project she touches.
