35th & Southern is a 132-unit build-to-rent townhome community, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. As Phoenix continues to grow and housing demand remains high, we’re proud to build a community designed for today’s renters, expanding the range of modern living choices in Phoenix. The project will deliver two story residences with attached garages, private outdoor areas, and contemporary finishes.
